Crockpot Pork Loin

2 Pork Loins
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
1 tsp onion powder

Place the loins into a crockpot. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over pork. Cook on high for 4 hours. Pork should be tender enough to pull apart, that is when you know it is done.

Homemade Meatball Sub

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1/2 cup minced parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups breadcrumbs
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 of a yellow onion, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
1 pack of hoagie buns
Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Line 2 large pans with foil and add meatballs, which should be no large than 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. If they are too big they will take too long to cook and cause the bottom to burn. Cook for about 30 minutes. When done, simmer meatballs in marinara for about 10 minutes. This makes enough for about 8-10 large sub sandwiches. We ate half and froze the rest for another night to make spaghetti!

Crockpot Pot Roast, Carrots, and Potatoes

2.5 lb Chuck Roast
1.5 lbs small red potatoes
1 bag of baby carrots
2 cups water
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 tsp rosemary
1 can cream of mushroom
1 packet of brown gravy

Put meat, potatoes, and carrots into the crockpot. Mix water, gravy packet, rosemary, and garlic together and pour over meat and vegetables. Stir in cream of mushroom. Cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or High heat for 5 hours. I cooked mine on high for 3 hours them on low for 5 and it turned out perfect! The sauce will be thin so if you want a thicker gravy add another packet of brown gravy mix.

Easy Sauteed Broccoli

1 bag of frozen broccoli
2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
2 Tablespoons of water
1/2 tsp oil

This is my family's favorite vegetable side dish! It's perfect for me because it's easy and takes only 10 minutes. Just add all ingredients and cook in a covered pan for about 10 minutes on med-high. Stir often. Presto!

Crockpot BBQ Pork Chops

2 lbs pork chops
1/2 Cup BBQ sauce
1/4 Cup water

These are so tender and fall-apart-good! From frozen to finished in 4 hours in the Crockpot. Just add 1/4 cup of the BBQ and water to the bottom of the pot, add the separated chops, top them off with the remaining sauce. Close lid and cook on high for 4 hours. If they are thawed, cook about an hour or so less. Another option, if you are preparing in the morning and heading off to work, is to cook them for 8 hours on low.
