Blackened Tilapia (Large Portion Recipe)

9 tilapia filets
1 1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp Cumin
3 T olive oil

Wisk dry ingredients together in a bowl. Lightly coat filets on both sides with dry mixture. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes on both sides.

**Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. I left out the pepper this time because it was too spicy. And of course you don't have to make 9 filets at a time. Just adjust dry mixture and oil accordingly.
